About QFlyer

QFlyer had its humble beginnings as a simplistic, code-based thread on Flyertalk (see the original thread here - all code has since been removed)
and has evolved into one of the most trusted and viewed Qantas enthusiast websites on the web,

Flyertalk was a great launch platform for a regularly updated Qantas fleet summary, however it lacked the ability to add images and other features.
Feedback had to be sent via Private Messages and would often go unnoticed. It was decided that a separate website be launched, one where
images, tables and other features could be added - and then came the birth of QFlyer. At first the website was very basis and unappealing, however
it conveyed the necessary information much better than was previously available. Over time, QFlyer evolved from being a very bland and simplistic
website to a central point for all things related to the Qantas Group of Airlines fleet. Today, added features are now available, such as links &
downloads, flight number lists and direct feedback links, all of which could have only been dreamed of not too long ago.

QFlyer respects all user feedback, regardless of whether it is critical or complimentary in nature (feeback is both valuable and constructive). QFlyer
is proud to be based on user feedback and is better improved with such information. QFlyer aims  to respond to all feedback (namely information
that isn't SPAM or advertising-based) within 48 hours.

Many visitors send emails of a complimentary nature - not only are such emails greatly appreciated, they are simple, yet effective means of showing your support.
The bulk of information contained within the website is derived from research, aircraft tracking and other means. The rest of the information comes from visitors and
this is often the most valuable feedback (especially if it comes from QF Group employees!).

QFlyer - Privacy Policy Statement

We can be reached via e-mail at qflyer@icns.com.au or by using the website feedback forms. QFlyer does not have a contact phone number.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). 
We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, 
information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page,.

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will
only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the 
policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your 
information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them.

Consumers can access this information by e-mail us at the above address.

With respect to security: QFlyer does not store user statistics on the ICNS server. QFlyer uses Google Analytics to obtain basic user information.
